Lucaria Capital arranges commercial financing and is not a direct lender. Figures shown are estimates based on the information you provided and are not an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Actual terms depend on lender underwriting. Licensed commercial-real-estate and RE-secured transactions are handled through a licensed affiliate.
When you submit an inquiry or use our calculator, we may share the relevant details with lending partners (and, where applicable, our licensed affiliate) so they can evaluate your business and, if appropriate, offer terms. We do not guarantee that any lender will extend credit, or that the terms offered will match any estimate shown on this site.
Estimates are not offers
Any dollar amount, rate, factor, APR, or savings figure produced by our calculator or described in an options report is an illustrative estimate only, based on the inputs you provided at the time. It is not a quote, a pre-approval, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of eligibility. Only a lender’s formal, underwritten offer constitutes an actual financing offer.
No guarantee of credit or terms
We do not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular rate or term. Every financing decision is made independently by the lender based on its own underwriting criteria, which may consider factors we cannot see or predict from the information submitted through this site.
Third-party lenders and affiliates
Lucaria works with a network of third-party lending partners. When we introduce your inquiry to a lender, that lender’s own terms, privacy practices, and underwriting process apply to any offer they extend. Lucaria is not responsible for a lender’s decisions, servicing, or conduct once you are working directly with them. Licensed commercial-real-estate and RE-secured transactions are handled through a licensed affiliate of Lucaria, as required by applicable law.
