Lucaria Capital (“Lucaria,” “we,” “us”) arranges commercial financing for businesses. This policy covers the information we collect through lucaria.com — our inquiry form, our financing calculator, and our free guides — and how that information is used.
What we collect
When you submit our inquiry form or request an options report, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Any message or details you choose to add
If you use the financing calculator, we also collect the figures you enter (for example, existing advance balances, payment amounts, and terms) so we can estimate a blended cost and, if you request it, send you an options report reflecting those figures. We do not require a credit pull to generate a calculator estimate.
We also collect standard website analytics — pages visited, general location (city/region level, from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site — through Google Analytics (GA4) and similar cookie-based tools. This is aggregate usage data, not tied to your identity unless you separately submit a form.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss financing options with you
- To prepare and send the options report or estimate you requested
- To introduce you to lending partners who may be able to fund your business
- To follow up by phone, SMS, or email about your inquiry, consistent with the consent you give at the time you submit the form
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
We do not use the information you submit for any purpose unrelated to arranging or discussing financing, and we do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Lucaria Capital arranges financing — we are not a direct lender. When you request an options report or ask us to look for terms, we share the relevant details from your submission with lending partners and, where applicable, our licensed affiliate (for commercial real-estate and RE-secured transactions), so they can evaluate and quote your business. We share only what’s needed for that purpose.
We also use standard service providers to operate the site and process submissions — for example, email delivery and website analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising retargeting.
SMS and phone consent
Where our inquiry form includes a consent checkbox, submitting the form with that box checked means:
“I agree to be contacted by Lucaria Capital by phone, SMS, and email about my inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.”
You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@lucaria.com and asking us to stop contacting you, or by replying STOP to any text message we send.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and for analytics (Google Analytics/GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and which pages and guides are useful. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from submitting an inquiry, but may limit some site functionality.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and calculator submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, service an active financing search, and maintain records for compliance and business purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will do so.
